DUOs Workforce Housing program is designed for moderate-income households seeking stability and quality living in Chelsea. Eligibility
Eligibility is based on household size and gross annual household income. All current limits and maximum allowed rents are posted on Housing Navigator. The minimum income requirement does not apply to households applying with a housing voucher. Housing Choice Vouchers are encouraged to apply.
Utilities
- A utility allowance for applicable services (electricity, gas, and water/sewer, as applicable by apartment and program) will be calculated into your rent.

- No additional mandatory monthly fees beyond rent are charged. Optional services (e.g., parking, pet, storage) may have separate fees.
